These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.

The following terms and conditions will govern all contests run by the Company on its official Social Media Pages. 

Eligibility:
The contest will be open to everyone unless any such entry restrictions are specified otherwise.
The eligibility for the Employees of the Company or the Group and their immediate family members to take part in the Contests will be at the sole discretion of the Company.

Entry:
Participants must provide the details asked for or comply with the specific terms as mentioned in the contest such as “follow the page” or "like and share the post" or "tag a friend," or "submit a photo" etc to enter the contest.
Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.

Duration:
The duration of the contest will be as specified along with it. Decision to extend the dates rests with the Company only.

Selection of Winners:
Winners will be selected based on the criteria specified in each contest such as "lucky draw" or "most creative entry" or "most engagements" etc. The Company has the full rights to decide such criteria.
The company reserves the full right to make the final decision on the selection of winners.

Notification:
Winners will be notified via a message on social media, or through email or through phone call as decided by the Company. This will be done within a reasonable period after the contest ends.
If a winner does not respond within a reasonable number days after being notified, the Company can choose an alternative winner.

Prize:
The prize, if any, will be as per the announcement under the contest. This is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. The Company reserves the right to decide the prize.
Any additional costs associated with the prize, such as taxes or shipping charges, could be shared with the winner, if the Company decides so.
All Prizes should be collected from our Corporate Office at Mamangalam, Kochi, Kerala, within 1 month.

Publicity:
By participating in the contest, participants agree to the use of their name, photograph, and other details provided during the entry, for promotional purposes of the Company without additional compensation.

General Conditions:
The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent behaviour.
The company is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may prevent entries from being submitted or received.
 

Liability:
The company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or related to the contest will be governed under the jurisdiction of Ernakulam only, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ernakulam.

Changes in Terms:
The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

Data Protection:
Personal data collected during the contest will be used in accordance with the company’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the contest.
